Here is a lock that has straight hair at the end of it. Remember when i said my hair was kinda straight like indian hair? Thats what it looks like at the end of a majority of my locs and i cut some of them off but its like they keep appearing.

The top of my head after a retwist. I've calmed down a whole lot on interlocking because as you can probably see, some of my locks are really skinny and i didnt want them like that, I wanted them average size like... medium.

Sibling Rivalry

Im looking forward to it. I did my hair two days ago but i didnt take any pics. I just washed it and retwisted it so its fresh and i hope it stays that way for the rest of the week but knowing my hair it wont. Anywho my sister is touching down on the 14th and staying until the 22nd.

My lil bro will be happy about that so he'll go around to everyone and say 'see my sister? this my other sister' like he did with me when i first came back. that means he's gonna cling to her more because me and his lil 4y/o self is always going at it lol. thats cool though, its give me breathing room and i wont get as mad as him as I usually do.

I'm gonna get my phone and take some pics of my hair and upload at a later date. right now its 330am. i should be asleep.

Todays a special day for 3 People, myself included.

I share this birthday with my great-grandmother who, by the way, is still with us.

Not only that but my friend became an uncle today as well.

March 2nd is a beautiful day.

At 18 I stopped celebrating my birthday because I've come to realize it is just another calendar day in the year. so for some years now, I haven't been doing much on this date. I'd treat myself to something like a new pair of shoes and such and call it a day. I wont tell friends what day my B-day falls because I dont want them buying me stuff that I could probably buy myself, and if i wanted to do something i'd just call my homegirl and we'd hit the movies - you know, something subtle.

I'm not a club-hopper, i dont drink or smoke - I'm clean. And I plan to stay that way because I stay on my Deen. (I am a convert.) And even before Al-Islam, I adhered to the rules of the Bible as well. No drinking, no sex before marriage, no pork - you know, what REAL CHRISTIANS FOLLOW.

so...yeah. March 2nd. Thats the day I was born. 1 day out of 365. 

There isn't really a significance to it. Not to me at least.

My dad keeps asking what I want....I told him a memory upgrade for my laptop, or a car, or a new desktop. We're supposed to be moving into a bigger house so I might have to wait on all of that.

Oh well.
