BACK for the first time!

I promised to update this thing until my desired loc length (BSL) and i'm heavily slacking. Not only that but i plan to update as often as possible. Even after BSL (Bra Strap Length) i plan to update with hairstyles and what not and transform this blog into something more equipped with hairstyles, haircare, DIY loc jewelry and everything else under the SUN about natural hair (not only locs. I'm also on google adwords/adsense trying to generate some cash so click away in haircare searches. it'll lead you back here and to numerous sites that I am apart of. :)

Besides, you all need to learn my secrets so prepare for an overhaul. I'm also covering two other blogs:

My bad fam...i know i've been MIA.

i'll try to be more consistant this time. it's 2010 after all.

ANYway i finally got my hand on some henna dye. Been wanting to do it for a while cause the dye products in walmart suck and i want vibrant color. sadly here in TnT there are only mundane colors. they only had black, brown, and burgundy.

I chose burgundy.

September Update

Been missing but i just washed my hair. seems my hair gets longer when wet, guess its because of the weight LOL it should stay that length instead of shrink up when its dry! but i'm here to just post pics i just took of my locs. Time for an update. I've been slipping in the updates and incase your wondering, i'm 1 year, 9months and 17 days in. :)

Maaan i know i've been missing!

...but i'm back!! briefly. i touched down in miami, got a new phone, so i can take pics (cause i left my CAMs in Trinidad but i came through to update. My last one was in May and I can say that...well... it doesnt feel like there is much growth going on. But i'm sticking tight. On December 31st it'll officially be two years. :) I'm excited and insha'allah i'll continue to update on this wonderful journey. Telling yall, you MUST have patience for this. After the first year the journey thereafter is AMAZING. the first year of growing and maintaining and nurturing your hair is WONDERFUL. its an experience like no other. its like taking care of 100 babies LOL cause they go through their own little stages. But anyway i'm talking too much. :)
